From the Amazon, for the table

“For centuries the paiche and the doncella have fed the great river cultures of Peru and Brazil. Today they are raised at origin and reserved for the kitchens that understand them.”

Origin

True Terroir Fish

Born and raised in the Ucayali basin, in the same waters their wild ancestors swam. Tradition, culture and place in every fillet.

Who we are

A farm with a name, a place, and a people.

Amazonian Reserve is a certified aquaculture producer deep in the Peruvian Amazon, near Pucallpa. Our team lives and works where the paiche has always lived, raising it from birth in controlled ponds fed by its native waters, surrounded by standing rainforest.

Every fish is born in our own hatchery, raised without antibiotics or chemicals, and processed on-site to international standards. Nothing is anonymous: every fillet traces back to a pond, a harvest date, and the hands that raised it.
