Amazonian Reserve in one paragraph
Amazonian Reserve is a premium aquaculture producer in the Peruvian Amazon. On one farm in the Ucayali region we raise paiche, the giant white fish of the Amazon, and doncella, its most prized river fish, for the finest kitchens in the world. Every fish is hatched, raised, and documented at origin, and the fish on the plate protects the fish in the river.

- Two species, paiche (Arapaima gigas) and doncella (Pseudoplatystoma punctifer).
- Farmed at origin in the Ucayali region of the Peruvian Amazon, near Pucallpa.
- Raised without antibiotics, 100 percent farmed, never wild caught.
- SANIPES certified, filleted and frozen under kosher certification.
- Distributed to the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe by Atlantissea.
- Doncella is raised on the same farm and sold in Peru, with international development under way.
